More servers than one person needs: git, mail, file sync and video calls, all self-hosted. Up, probably.
New features end to end, bugs fixed at the cause, with a test so they stay fixed and documentation so nobody has to guess later. I don't give up until it works, and I support my team wherever I can.
Good tools make good work. I care about developer experience: fast feedback, smooth workflows, fewer papercuts for the whole team. I learn by doing and keep up with what's new, so the next good tool shows up early.
Non-negotiable. The servers can wait an hour.
Waiting nine hours for a plastic bracket.
They click like LEGO, minus the LEGO price tag.
Legally. The paperwork was harder than the flying.
Hand wash only. Yes, every time. No, you can't borrow it.
The round ball and the other one.
The only bugs I don't fix.
Headphones on, world off.
